Flags given to Joe by Illinois State Senator Peter Roskam decorated the stage at Camp Anaconda north of Baghdad. If a soldier came up to the band and said he was from one of the towns that the flags represented, he was awarded that flag. 60 flags from over 40 Chicago area communities were given to the troops. |
