Forgotten Heroes; Born out of Friendship and Respect.

When Joe Cantafio came back from entertaining the troops in Iraq in 2004, one of the first people he contacted was his life long friend, Bob Kolling. A decorated war hero, Kolling is also one of Joe’s personal heroes.

Together, Joe and Bob created Forgotten Heroes, a foundation to entertain Veterans in VA hospitals and enlisted men and women around the world. Forgotten Heroes even sponsors and promotes entertainment on the frontline of Iraq and Afghanistan.

In expanding its mission, Forgotten Heroes turned to Patriot Entertainment to reach out beyond VA hospitals to include military bases around the world, and here at home, through live concert tours.  In addition to the entertainment, the 101st Rock Division will also deliver messages of support and hope from individuals, families, and American businesses.

Bob Kolling understands the importance of morale boosting entertainment on the frontline. During the War in Vietnam, serving in the Army's 1st Cavalry, Bob was ambushed and lost his leg in battle. He struggled through 20-years of indifference after the war was over for him, and co-founded the DuPage County Chapter of Vietnow in Illinois.

When he is in Washington D.C., you'll always find Kolling visiting his buddies at "The Wall," The National Vietnam Veterans War Memorial.

Forgotten Heroes is a 501 (C)(3) organization
